Our Story
Empowering Families Through Housing Stability Since 2022. Unified Housing Solutions provides affordable housing, financial education, and wraparound services to uplift families and foster self-sufficiency. Founded in October 2022 by philanthropist Tabitha Folston, our mission is to create positive change by supporting those needing a hand up.
Our story begins with Tabitha's dedication to helping others, inspired by her own journey as a family matriarch and entrepreneur. "I never know how or when I may need support," she says. This drives our commitment to being a compassionate partner for communities in need.
At Unified Housing Solutions, we believe stable housing is the foundation. Our programs go beyond four walls to provide the tools and resources families require to thrive. It's all part of our vision to uplift our neighbors and create meaningful impact, one family at a time.
Our Mission
Unified Housing Solutions assists individuals in regaining self-sufficiency through stable housing and support services. Our nonprofit provides transitional shelters, rental assistance, and case management to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. By meeting basic needs, we empower community members with resources for jobs, healthcare, education, and life skills to achieve housing stability and fulfill their potential. Our goal is to end homelessness by giving people tools to get back on their feet.
